You can manage your subscription plan by going to the Pricing plan page

The Pricing plan page allows you to:

  • Review your current pricing plan details

  • Check out and compare the available pricing plans

  • Upgrade/downgrade your current pricing plan

  • Request for a custom plan (for high volume needs)

Each pricing plan will show you the following details:

  • Monthly returns volume

  • Monthly price

  • Price per excess return

  • Plan description (the included features)


View current pricing plan

Your current pricing plan is shown on the main navigation bar of the app Pricing plan - Gold.

Also your current pricing plan is highlighted on the Pricing plan page, which entails both included features and pricing details.


Switching to a new pricing plan

Each pricing plan varies on their included monthly returns volume, features, and pricing.

You can upgrade/downgrade your pricing plan at any time. Once you’ll approve the new billing, Shopify will take care of the monthly payment difference immediately or on the next billing, according to the change type.

To upgrade/downgrade your pricing plan:

  1. Go to Pricing plan page

  2. Decide which pricing plan you would like to switch to and select the 'Downgrade to Silver' or 'Upgrade to Platinum' depending on your current pricing plan.

  3. You will be redirected to a Approve subscription page to confirm the billing

  4. Select Approve button to accept the new billing

  1. Go to Pricing plan page

  2. Select the Contact sales button from the Enterprise Custom pricing plan column. The live chat will pop up.

  3. Select the Send us a message link. Start typing your message
