Setting your holiday return window

Provide more flexibility to your customers with an extended return window during the holidays.

ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App allows you to provide your customers with the flexibility of an extended return window during holidays. For example, you can offer a 60-day return window for all orders placed in November and December. This added flexibility raises customers confidence in ordering your products as Christmas gifts. They know that if needed, they will have enough time to request an exchange for a different size or colour.

Note: When enabled, the holiday return window overrides the default return window.

To set up your holiday return window:

  1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App, go to Settings > Returns policy.

2. Scroll down to the Holiday return window section and switch on Enable holiday returns window toggle.

3. Enter your preferred Start date and End date to set the period during which the Holiday return window will be active.

4. Enter the number of days a customer will have to initiate a return in the Days to return input field.

5. Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Note: After the number in the Days to return field is reached, your default return window will resume.
