Customer image upload

Let your customers upload images of their returns so you can see whether an item is the correct one or is damaged.

To request customers to upload images about their returns:

  1. Go to Settings > Returns policy

2. On the Returns policy page, scroll down to the Customer image upload section.

3. To enable customer image upload, select the Enable customer image upload checkbox. Your customers will be able to upload images via your returns portal when returning an item. To make it mandatory for customers to upload images, select the Customer image upload required checkbox.

Note: Maximum image size is 1024kb.

4. Click the Save button to save your changes.
