Translate your entire customer journey into any language

You can translate your returns portal into any language or edit the default returns portal text to match your brand style and voice.

To translate or customise the default text for your returns portal:

1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App, go to Settings > Translation.

2. In the Alternative text input boxes, add your translated text against each step item of the returns portal.

3. Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Note: Multi-language translation is not supported.
