ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App has the functionality to scan in returns decreasing your processing time.
Prerequisites:
You have to be a Shopify user.
You have to have Collect+ labels setup.
You have to have Dashboard access. It is available to all. Please request it from the support team if you do not have access.

To scan in a return:
1.Within the dashboard, go to Scan Barcode tab.
2. Place the curser in the barcode field.
3. When you receive the parcel, scan the barcode on the CollectPlus label.
The scanned barcode details appear on the screen.
4. To go to the return in ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App, click the Go To Request button.
5. To mark the return as received, click the Mark as Received button.
