Rejecting a return request

To reject a return:

  1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App navigation bar, go to Manage returns.

  2. Open the return request and select Reject from the dropdown menu of the button on the right-top side of the page.

Note: We recommend that you review the text in your return rejection email before sending it to customers. To do that, go to Settings > Email notifications.
