The return portal is designed to automatically match your theme including fonts, colours and logos.
You can also edit the text your customers see on the customer-facing returns portal.
To customise your returns portal:
Go to ZigZag Returns and Exchanges application.
In the navigation bar, choose Returns portal.
Scroll down to find the area(s) you would like to update.
To save the changes, click the Save button.
The customer-facing area will be edited. See the text below where order details are entered.
Your return portal theme can also be customised. To do this, go to Returns portal > Legacy returns center.
