You can not reject a return request you have already approved. This is to avoid miscommunication between you and your customers.

For example, a customer may have already dropped off the parcel to be returned to your warehouse. Rejecting the return mid-transit may cause complications.

However, we recommend that you contact your customer directly to inform them that a mistake has been made.
