Deleting a return request

Note! You cannot actively delete a return request. However, you can reject or archive it.

To reject or archive a return request:

  1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App navigation bar, go to Manage returns.

  2. Find the specific return request you want to reject or archive.

  3. Select Reject or Archive from the dropdown menu of the button on the top-right side of the page.
