There are a couple of reasons that might be causing this issue:
You are trying to test an order that was created before the app was installed
In this scenario you just need to create a new order.
The app has not received the order details yet
Sometimes you need to allow some time for the order to be processed (we recommend waiting for 5 min), to ensure the app has received the order details that have been generated.
