Defining your return window

Choose the time period your customers have to return their items.

To set up your return window:

  1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App, go to Settings > Returns policy.

2. In the Return window section, enter the number of day(s), week(s) or month(s) in the Time period input field. If you do not want to set a time period within which products can be returned, leave it blank.

Note: The return window starts from the day the order is fulfilled in Shopify. We recommend you leave a buffer period to account for delivery to the customer. For example, if your return policy is 30 days, we recommend you write 36 days in the Time period input field.

3. Click the Save button to apply the changes.
