I am expecting a return label but have not received it yet. What shall I do?

Return labels are sent via email. If you are having trouble finding your return label, you can try the following:

  1. Search the different folders, spam, junk and check if you have any filtering rules preventing email delivery.

  2. You can also search your inbox by sender. Look for an email from: customer.support@zigzag.global.

Do I need an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number or returns authorisation and where can I find it?
Please contact the retailer directly. The retailer you purchased the item from will be able to help. 

I can't find a store to drop off parcels?

Find your nearest Collect+ drop-off point by visiting Collect+ location near you page.

Where is my refund?

Please contact the retailer directly regarding the refund of your return.

I have asked for an exchange, not a refund. What shall I do?
Please contact the retailer directly to inform them that you would like an exchange and not a refund.
