Return labels are sent via email. If you are having trouble finding your return label, you can try the following:
Search the different folders, spam, junk and check if you have any filtering rules preventing email delivery.
You can also search your inbox by sender. Look for an email from: customer.support@zigzag.global.
Do I need an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number or returns authorisation and where can I find it?
Please contact the retailer directly. The retailer you purchased the item from will be able to help.
I can't find a store to drop off parcels?
Find your nearest Collect+ drop-off point by visiting Collect+ location near you page.
Where is my refund?
Please contact the retailer directly regarding the refund of your return.
