Editing return reasons

Return reasons help you learn why customers are returning products.

Choose the reasons your customers may select when they request a return. You can use our default return reasons and/or add your own. You can also enable your customers to write notes in addition to the return reason(s) they specify.

To update your return reasons:

  1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App navigation bar, go to Settings > Return reasons.

2. In the Return reasons section, you can customise or use our predefined list of return reasons to display to customers when they initiate a return request.

3. To add a new return reason, click the Add return reason button and enter the return reason in the Reason for return #10 input field.

Note: The returns portal displays 'Other' as a return reason option by default. By choosing Other as a return reason, the customer will be able to specify their own reason in a note field.

4. Click the Delete icon to delete a return reason.

5. Click the Save button to apply the changes.
